Unfortunately not all discount codes work. This has happened to me on 2 occasions and whilst you are able to raise a ticket, the response time is horrendous. The first time I raised a ticket, it took over 7 days to get a response and even then there was so much back and forth (long delays in responding) that the discount I wanted for a travel ticket had long gone. So a bit of a waste unless you are looking for random discounts where you can just show your card and off you go. Currently waiting on a response for the gym group. Who knows when I’ll be able to join. I’ll update with response times!

"Not received my card after 6 weeks"
Dont really want to write this as i have always been impressed with BLC and discounts. However i have not received my card after 6 weeks. I received a message on the 20th of April to say it would be delayed but no update since then. I only get an automated response from my queries! My money was taken on 4th April and card expired on 30th April. I still have no physical card or digital card. When will this be sorted?

"Live chat experience."
I am having a problem linking my BlueLight card to the Asda Reward app. It continues to tell me that my card cannot be verified. I contacted customer service via my Blue light app and joined a live chat. I chatted with Cerys and she was extremely helpful and friendly. The wait to speak to someone was I little longer than I hoped, however there was a count down showing how many other people were also waiting, 92 ahead of me. I could see the number going down quite fast so the team dealing with this have their hands full and did get through them quickly in the time I waited. Cerys was friendly, helpful and quick in her reply’s, and reassured me about my issue. I will definitely use the live chat again in the future.

"Blue Light Card is great discount service"
Blue Light Card is great and more than pays for itself with discounts on so many different things, mot's at Halfords, food in/out, holidays, sports equipment etc.

I recently had trouble renewing because my ID/payslip photos weren't being recognised. I used the chat function and spoke to Elin who quickly verified (after photo sent) and all set up again.

It took long time (months) for these people to consider tickets.

At the en, without any efforts to resolve those, they simply mark them as ... resolved and do not wish to reopen it!
